Here is a selection of images from around our school. We hope that you enjoy looking at them. For images from individual year groups, visit the classes section.

Playtime is exciting at Bushbury Hill Primary School. Outdoor toys are provided and children are encouraged to have ‘Fun with friends’. These children in Key Stage One are enjoying the school climbing frame:

If you don’t know who to play with, you can sit down on the bench and ‘stop for a friend’. Then other children will come and ask you to play with them:

On entry to school, children and staff are allocated membership to one of the four tree houses - Oak, Elm, Sycamore or Horse- chestnut. Members are given a coloured wristband to wear in school and a display in the school hall shows membership of each house:

Children are able to receive merits from staff and visitors to the school as a reward for following the school rules, achievement, improvement etc. A chart to record these house points is in each classroom. At the end of each week merit points are recorded in the merit book and are celebrated in merit assembly. The house with the most merit points each week has it’s coloured ribbon tied onto the cup which is displayed in the hall.
